The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for optimizing medication therapy and ensuring safe, effective, patient-centered pharmaceutical care. This includes direct patient care, delivering clinical pharmacy services, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required, with a Doctor of Pharmacy preferred. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan and preferably have completed an ASHP-accredited residency.
