The physician will obtain health histories, perform physical examinations, and diagnose and direct treatment for patients. They will also educate patients and families, supervise mid-level practitioners, and maintain documentation of all activities.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree, have completed residency, and be Board Eligible or Board Certified with a current Tennessee Medical License. Additional requirements include a DEA certificate and malpractice insurability.
