The Home Health Aide maintains patient health and safety by providing personal care and emotional support according to the established plan of care. They are responsible for accurate documentation, timely communication with the care team, and assisting patients in achieving independence.
Candidates must possess and maintain a valid Home Health Aide certification or equivalent. One year of employment history and experience in elderly care are preferred, along with the successful completion of a skill assessment test.
Possess and maintain certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent as approved by the Agency. One year satisfactory employment history preferred. Experience in care of the elderly preferred. Satisfactory completion of Skill Assessment Test. Able to record messages and keep records.
