The therapist will facilitate weekly individual and family sessions while developing and maintaining master treatment plans. They are also responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and documenting progress notes for utilization reviews.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field. Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible in the State of Utah and pass a criminal background check.
