The Activities Assistant plans and implements recreational and therapeutic programs to enhance the quality of life for residents in an assisted living community. They are responsible for leading group activities, providing one-on-one interaction, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents during events.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with seniors in healthcare or assisted living settings is preferred.
