The Charge Nurse provides direct, compassionate nursing care, including medication administration and monitoring patient conditions. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure a safe, supportive environment for residents.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and the ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting are required.
