The Program Specialist assists in the development and monitoring of program goals while acting as a peer guide for new Direct Support Associates. They also perform direct support duties, including personal care and transportation, while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Human Services with one year of experience, or a High School Diploma with two years of experience. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance are required.
