We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging Family Assistant to provide one-on-one support to an individual with an intellectual disability. In this rewarding role, you will work directly within the client’s natural home environment and the surrounding community, fostering independence, facilitating social integration, and assisting with daily life skills.

• Support: Provide personalized care, companionship, and guidance to the client within their family home.

• Well-being: Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment at all times. QualificationsWhat You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and current vehicle insurance. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to caregiving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
