Provide professional nursing care using the full nursing process for patients in a critical care setting. Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Requires a current Arkansas RN license and BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS required within 6 months. An associate degree in nursing is required, while a BSN and 1–3 years of critical care experience are preferred.
Rotating 12-hour shifts with potential nights/weekends/holidays and call per unit needs.
