Provide direct nursing care to immunocompromised patients receiving hematology stem cell transplants and cellular therapies in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized care plans and mentor lower-level team members to ensure enhanced patient outcomes.
Requires an Associate's degree, RN state licensure, and BLS certification. Proficiency in EMR systems and experience with complex malignant hematology patients are expected.
