The Medication Aide is responsible for administering medications according to facility policy and accurately documenting all administrations. They must also monitor patients for side effects and communicate any concerns or missed doses to the nursing staff.
Candidates must hold a current state-approved CNA certification and a current CMA/Medication Aide credential. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility is preferred but not required.

Competitive pay (based on experience and shift) 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable) Vacation time + Sick time (per eligibility) Training and structured onboarding A team focused on stability and consistent care CMA (Medication Aide) responsibilities Administer medications within CMA scope and facility policy Document medication administration accurately and on time Monitor for side effects/adverse reactions and report promptly Communicate missed/refused meds, PRNs, and concerns to the nurse
CNA: Current CNA certification (state-approved) MA/Medication Aide: Current CMA/Medication Aide credential (state-approved) Dependable attendance and teamwork SNF/LTC experience preferred (not required)
