Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in day centers, community settings, and their homes. Assist with daily living activities, skill development, and ensure a meaningful life for the individuals supported.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professionals/DSP in various settings such as day center, their home, and the community. You will support individuals with activities, habilitation, and daily living activities in Kearney, NE.
Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a variety of settings such as at the day center, in the community, and their home environment.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals. Understand the importance of documentation.
