Provide comprehensive support to individuals with developmental disabilities within a home setting to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, transportation, and implementing Individual Support Plans.
Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a valid driver's license, car insurance, and the ability to pass background checks. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to share their home with a person with developmental disabilities as a Shared Living Provider.
Provide supports to a person with a developmental disability in your home to ensure their wants and needs are met in compliance with the Nebraska Medicaid waiver program. This can include assisting with activities of daily living, meal planning and preparation, providing transportation, assisting with medications, and implementing programs in accordance with the persons Individual Support Plan.
