The counselor will provide trauma-informed care and crisis intervention to families in a residential treatment program. They are responsible for maintaining the safety and supervision of the property while building community resources to support family wellbeing.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated individual comfortable working in a residential setting.
