Facilitate outpatient mental health and substance use programs, including individual and family therapy, case management, and crisis intervention. Conduct clinical assessments, maintain treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Requires a valid, unrestricted license in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and have experience working with Veterans and First Responders.

A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As an IOP Clinician, you will be providing best in class mental health services that will be delivered in person and via telehealth, designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the Veteran and First Responder population. This position sits in our Manchester, NH office, and as a client centered organization, your schedule will be aligned with the needs of the community and determined in conjunction with your Clinic Director. Please note: all clinical positions are in hybrid Monday-Friday, and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week.
