Job Summary We are seeking a Mental Health Case Manager to join our team! As a Mental Health Case Manager, you will assist with the care of our clients, and schedule other employees to see people in their homes. You may occasionally help with housing stabilization, assist with finding the right staff to work with our clients, and strive to create a safe, clean environment for our clients and other staff. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well within a team environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
$19.50 - $25.00 per hour
