The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to approximately 22 patients per day in a well-established practice. Responsibilities include performing small in-office procedures and participating in a weekend call rotation.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and be credentialed by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board. Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine is required.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
