The RN Case Manager will perform utilization reviews using InterQual criteria and coordinate patient care, including discharge planning and admission reviews. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage individualized care plans and facilitate insurance authorizations within an acute care setting.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent acute care hospital case management experience and a valid California RN license. Proficiency in Epic EMR and InterQual criteria is strictly required, along with the ability to manage high patient caseloads.

This role supports an acute care hospital case management team focused on utilization review, care coordination, and discharge planning for adult and geriatric patients.
POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for experienced inpatient Case Managers who are confident managing high caseloads, coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring appropriate utilization of healthcare resources.
