We help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely, independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Job Overview We are hiring Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. Our clients may include individuals with dementia, those transitioning home after hospice or those recovering from hospital or rehabilitation stays. This is a rewarding opportunity for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate and passionate about helping others. Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care. Support safe mobility, transfer and fall prevention. Prepare meals and assist with feeding. Light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders (non-medical). Offer companionship and emotional support. Engage clients in social and memory-friendly activities. Follow care plans and document daily care activities. Observe and report changes in client condition Specialized Care Experience (Preferred) Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Hospice-to-home transition support. Post-hospital or rehabilitation recovery support.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Auto insurance. Ability to pass MN DHS background study. Caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving). Compassionate, patient and dependable. Ability to safely lift, transfer, or assist clients as needed.
