The Social Work Clinician collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate discharge planning. They provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care for patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. The role requires knowledge of medical social work practices, familiarity with Medi-Cal and county resources, and the ability to manage a caseload in a hospital setting.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $45.94 - $59.73 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
