The CNA/CRMA provides compassionate, specialized care to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, including assisting with physical needs and emotional support. They are also responsible for administering medications, documenting patient conditions, and maintaining an orderly unit environment.
Candidates must hold active Maine CNA and CRMA certifications. A genuine desire to work with residents living with memory loss and strong communication skills are required.
