The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical impairments to develop individualized treatment plans that improve mobility and function. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to monitor progress and educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Master's degree in Physical Therapy along with a current Connecticut state license. A current BLS certification is required, and experience in home health or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
