The role involves assisting older adults in accessing medical, legal, housing, and social services both on-site and in their homes. Additionally, the social worker will maintain accurate records and engage with community agencies serving the elderly.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.

We are seeking a Social Worker to join our Senior Services team as a full-time Geriatric Care Manager. This hybrid position is based out of our White Plains Headquarters and offers a meaningful opportunity to support older adults in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Compensation ranges from $60,000 - $64,000 annually.
