The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging studies using digital radiography and C-arm equipment to produce high-quality images for interpretation. They also provide patient care, maintain safety standards in the radiology department, and assist during surgical or pain management procedures.
Candidates must have graduated from an ARRT-approved program in Radiologic Technology and hold current ARRT (R) registration and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or surgical setting is required, with proficiency in radiography and C-arm equipment.
Completes daily diagnostic imaging studies within the modalities of Digital Radiography, and C-Arm to produce high quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Reports to: Manager, Diagnostic Imaging
$24.50 - 38.59 (posted hourly range does not include overtime or bonuses which are not guaranteed)
Graduation from an ARRT approved program in Radiologic Technology.
Current CPR certification; registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, R.T. (R)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as technologist in a surgical or hospital setting with a strong working knowledge of Radiography. C-Arm experience a plus.
Environmental hazards such as chemicals, solvents, needles, needle containers, sharps, blood, bodily fluids, various infections/communicable diseases, infections medical waste, radiation, and/or radioactive materials and/or radioactive waste, proximity to moving mechanical parts. Protective clothing/equipment may be necessary.

ASH IMMUNIZATIONS AND VACCINATIONS REQUIREMENTS – Aligns with CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for Healthcare Personnel
Hepatitis B- Lab evidence of immunity (titer) to Hepatitis B or three doses Hep B vaccine at appropriate intervals
Influenza- documentation of current seasonal flu vaccine (mandatory from November 1st through March 31st each year)
Measles, Mumps, and Rubella - Lab evidence of immunity (titer) to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella or 2 doses of MMR Vaccination
Varicella (chickenpox) - Lab evidence of immunity (titer) to Varicella or 2 doses of Varicella Vaccine
Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap) - documented proof of immunization
