The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents and developing individualized plans of care to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. They must also provide skilled treatment, supervise PTAs, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a current Ohio Physical Therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
The PRN Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans of care, and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
