The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, administers medications, and performs clinical assessments in accordance with hospital policies. They are also responsible for supervising shift staff, documenting patient status, and coordinating with the medical team to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a current Texas Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS, with one year of Med/Surg experience preferred.
