The LPN is responsible for providing quality health care services to clients, including managing somatic conditions and medical needs. They also communicate with team members to determine treatment protocols and create a favorable environment for effective client treatment.
Candidates must hold a current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. At least one year of experience in a care setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

New hires start between $25.01 and $31.26 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

What you'll do The LPN is responsible for providing quality health care services to all clients including managing somatic conditions, medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
This position supports the Residential Services Division of Pioneer Human Services by performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost-effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
