QualificationsAbout the
Role: Women experience unique barriers to accessing recovery support. This intensive family-centered treatment facility serves pregnant women and women with children, ages 0-5 and helps women recover from substance use disorder and promote family health and self-sufficiency. Mothers are supported to strive for their highest protentional through exposure to a health offering of embedded services that include case management, communication/assertiveness classes, employment preparation, health and prenatal care, life skills classes, Mindfulness classes to manage stress and parenting, parenting skills groups, primary pediatric care for children, and relationship building workshops. Wings weaves substance use disorder, adult mental health treatment, and infant early childhood mental health services together under one roof. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

You
Will Do: Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines. Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to solve problems and negotiate tasks of daily living. Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing. Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints.
