• Role: As a member of our Crisis Response Team, you will be on the front lines of compassionate, community-based behavioral health care, supporting individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. This specialized team provides emergency walk-in services, crisis phone response throughout Weld County, and after-hours on-call support across a 12- country region in Northeast Colorado. Our work is grounded in the belief that people in crisis deserve timely, thoughtful care in the least restrictive setting possible. Team members conduct comprehensive crisis assessments to understand each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and circumstances, Helping guide them to the most appropriate level of care. The team also plays a vital role in intensive care coordinator for Weld County clients and discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions from higher levels of care back into the community. As a clinician on this multidisciplinary crisis team, you will provided therapeutic interventions, clinical consultation, and documentation in accordance with North Range Behavioral Health policies, regulatory standards, and best practices, You have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, using your expertise to guide care while being supported by a mission-driven team. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

• You
• Will Do: Conduct assessments, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues, utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop and update strength-based treatment plans, continuing care plans, and discharge summaries; make timely referrals. Observe clients, assess diagnoses and mental status, and implement treatment plans based on clients’ needs and functioning levels. Collaborate with clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care. Work with clients on safety planning, symptom management, support system identification, and risk mitigation. Teach clients behavioral skills, coping strategies, and problem-solving techniques to improve well-being and daily functioning. Support evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions within the program. Provide case management and refer clients to additional resources (e.g., vocational, medical, housing, residential treatment). Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring ethical coding and billing in compliance with agency standards.

• You: Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university. Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
