QualificationsAbout the
Role: At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe everyone deserves access to meaningful health care, no matter where their journey begins. Our Jain-Based Behavioral Services (JBBS) program brings a collaborative, strengths-based approach directly into the Weld County Jail, offering individuals with substance use concerns the opportunity to begin therapy while incarcerated and continue services upon release. This no-cost program is designed for individuals who are committed to change and ready to build a healthier future. Through JBBS, participants develop practical coping skills, strengthen communication and relationship-building abilities, and learn to establish healthy boundaries. Services focus on helping clients identify triggers that lead to relapses, build positive and productive thinking patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, impulsivity, and how substance use can intersect with criminal behavior. JBBS is grounded in accountability, empowerment, and hope, supporting participants as they take meaningful steps toward recovery, stability, and successful reentry into the community. This program is made possible through a strong collaboration between Weld County Jail, North Range Behavioral Health, and Behavioral Treatment Services, united by a shared commitment to reducing barriers to care and supporting lasting change. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
