The ICU RN provides clinical care and coordinates with patients, families, and healthcare disciplines to ensure appropriate care delivery. They are responsible for managing high-acuity patients, including monitoring specialized equipment and titrating critical medications.
Candidates must hold a current Indiana Registered Nurse license, BLS and ALS certifications, and have at least 2 years of ICU experience. The role requires the ability to independently manage complex drips and high-acuity patient monitoring.

Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.
Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse RN degree from a nationally accredited college or university Current BLS and ALS certificaions; other certifications may be required in specific units to practice Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in the ICU setting.
We currently have openings for full time night opportunities, including night weekend options! We have a six-week self-schedule model that allows your input on your schedule. There are weekend requirements that can vary every schedule period but typically averaging 2 weekends per schedule period.
