The counselor provides individual, family, and group therapy to adults, youth, and children within an office setting. They are responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, developing client-centered treatment plans, and maintaining clinical records.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred. Candidates must hold an LSW, LPC, or MFT license, with LISW, LPCC, or IMFT preferred, along with two years of mental health experience.

Counselor Outpatient- $58,000 - $67,000 annually. Starting pay will be commensurate with experience, licensure, qualifications, and internal equity.
