The Access Counselor is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, providing trauma-informed counseling, and managing crisis intervention for youth and adults. They must maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate referrals with community providers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a valid LPC, LSW, or MFT license. A Master's degree and advanced licensure (LPCC/LISW) are preferred, along with experience in chemical dependency and diagnostic assessments.
