DSP- Overnights

• Description Job Type Full-time Havar, Inc.
• Overnight Direct Service Professionals (DSP) Schedule: Overnight Shifts available PAID sleep time.
• May be able to supplement with some evening shifts at a blended rate depending on your availability.
• Compensation Range: hourly: $11.00/hour with benefits (sick, vacation, personal pay) More info available upon request.
• Ability to earn an additional $1.00 per hour with the combination of 2 years experience and an additional 60 units of training done at your own pace.

• Referral Bonuses SIGN-ON BONUS AT 90 AND 180 DAYS Primary Function and Description of Work: Candidate is responsible for direct supervision of individuals with developmental disabilities in their home during overnight hours.
• Typically, 10pm - 6am.
• This is a "sleep Shift" staff may sleep if the residents are sleeping.
• Candidate will be "On Call" during the night, which may require them to be up to assist a resident as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
