The Registered Nurse will perform home visits to provide skilled nursing care, administer medication, and manage wound care according to patient care plans. They are responsible for monitoring client conditions, documenting observations, and coordinating care with the multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current New Jersey Registered Nurse license and have at least one year of recent clinical experience. Proficiency in electronic medical records and the ability to travel to assigned cases are required.
BAYADA at Inspira Hospice is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, for a per-diem opportunity performing visits for our Hospice office, located in West Deptford, NJ. This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County.
As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour
