The CNA provides basic patient care, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance, under nursing supervision. They are also responsible for recording vital signs and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients.
Candidates must have completed a nursing assistant training course and hold a current state certification as a Nursing Assistant. CPR/BCLS certification is required, and six months of acute or long-term care experience is preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients' comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a healthcare environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Completion of a nursing assistant training course.
Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred.
Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
CPR/BCLS certification required.
