Assist in completing the following documentation: Admission Note, Nursing Assessment, Pre-Screen Testing Transcribes Physician’s Orders and Implements all Medical Protocols as ordered. Confers with and assists the Medical Doctor and Psychiatrist. Makes appropriate referrals. Attends and participate in all “in-service” functions. Assists with emergency situations and makes immediate referrals. Provides documentation which reflects services for each client in accordance with licensure standards. Takes verbal orders from the Doctor or Clinical Director, documents them in the client record, and carries them out accurately and professionally. Provides routine nursing care under the supervision of the Executive Clinical Director Associate Medical Director.
