The role involves practicing at the top of the clinician's license to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care within a continuum-of-care senior campus. Responsibilities include navigating complex patient presentations, managing fast-paced transitions of care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to help seniors maintain independence.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school, holding either an associate degree for an OTA or a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree for an OT, and must be certified/licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of treating experience.
