The Physical Therapy Assistant will assist in developing patient care plans, performing therapeutic exercises, and documenting clinical progress. They will also coordinate with physical therapists and nursing staff to ensure effective patient discharge and ongoing care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current Florida license with BLS certification. One year of home healthcare experience and proficiency with electronic medical records are preferred.
