The Nurse Practitioner will provide flexible clinical coverage including acute care, preventive visits, and medical weight loss support within a concierge functional medicine practice. They will also assist the nursing team with triage, injections, IV administration, and general clinical support.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license. Proven clinical experience in primary care or specialty practice is required, along with strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills.

The PALM Health Nurse Practitioner will work alongside PALM’s multi-specialty physicians and medical and wellness providers to evaluate and treat individuals in a concierge, functional medicine practice. The primary purpose of the role is to provide flexible clinical coverage across the medical practice, including acute care visits, annual preventive visits, Medical Weight Loss program participant visits and support, care coordination, and employee health. This role will also support our nursing team with such functions as triage support, injections, IV administration, and other clinical support needs as they arise. Depending on experience in both primary care and functional medicine, the NP may also have the opportunity to carry their own patient panel. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a high-touch patient care environment.
