Performs direct patient care including wound assessments, nutritional evaluations, and foot and nail care. Coordinates patient care and provides necessary education to patients under the supervision of the Director and Physician.
Must be a registered nurse licensed to practice in South Carolina. Experience in wound care is preferred for this position.
8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
Under the supervision of the WHI Director and the Physician, performs direct patient care with nursing related duties including but not limited to wound nursing assessments, nutritional assessments, monofilament testing, nail and foot care, planning, implementation of plan of care, and evaluation of patients for foot and nail care. Team member will coordinate patient care when necessary and provide patient education as needed. Team member is responsible for any other work-related duties as assigned by the WHI Director.
Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in SC. Experience in wound care preferred.
