Salary Range

$425,000 - $610,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Required: BE/BC in Ophthalmology Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure Department Information The CentraCare – Willmar Eye Clinic serves as a regional hub for comprehensive eye care in Southwest Minnesota. Providers practice in close proximity to the outpatient surgery center, enabling seamless coordination for cataract and other surgical procedures. The clinic features modern diagnostic technology, dedicated ophthalmic support staff, and an onsite retail optical shop to enhance continuity of care. Collaboration with optometry colleagues and access to outreach services further expand the clinic’s regional impact and referral network.
