Candidates must be licensed as a Physician in Washington State and board certified in family practice. They should also have an active DEA registration and be in good standing with the medical board.
Salary, exempt The standard wage range for this role is $209,705-$262,184 per year It may be possible to earn more over time up to $314,579 per year Sign-On/Relocation Bonus (subject to payback clause) Additional pay for working full time and/or working 1 to 4 Saturdays per month
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts Occasional Saturdays may be available if interested

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Full-Time Primary Care Provider at our Ferndale, WA, facility working 36 patient-contact hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of a diverse patient population, including many underserved individuals.
Our medical clinics provide primary & preventive health care to people of all ages. As a medical home, we engage patients & their families in their care. We integrate behavioral health services with the medical team for a more holistic approach, and we provide case management to help patients access other community resources they need to be healthy. With an onsite pharmacy, providers can work closely with pharmacy staff to make filling prescriptions faster & easier, and dental services are also onsite to fulfill patients' dental needs.

Licensed as a Physician in Washington State (or eligible to obtain a WA State license) In good standing with the medical board for all states in which licensed Board certified in family practice Active DEA registration with no restrictions and ability to prescribe Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 and 5
Family Medicine experience in an outpatient setting Experience in a community health center or similar setting providing care to underserved populations Experience working as an independent practitioner with patients who have complex co-morbidities including hypertension, diabetes, mental illness, chronic pain, and substance abuse Experience with pediatrics and women's health Experience working with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds and socio-economic levels, treating them with sensitivity and respect Proficient with Electronic Medical Records Candidates who meet the requirements who have applicable experience or similar qualifications are encouraged to apply!
