The clinician will serve as the primary lead for an ACCS team, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans. They are also responsible for providing direct clinical intervention, crisis coordination, and guidance to direct care staff to ensure effective recovery support.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and have experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to provide rotating on-call coverage are also required.
