The Group Therapist provides therapeutic process and psychoeducational groups to patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting. They are also responsible for documenting therapy sessions, evaluating clinical interventions, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or sociology and possess a valid Virginia Driver's License. Two or more years of experience in a social work environment is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
