The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative patient care functions under the direction of physicians and mid-level providers. Responsibilities include greeting patients, recording vital signs in the Electronic Medical Record, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Candidates must hold a diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program or possess an active CT CNA, EMT, Paramedic, or Medic certification. A BLS provider credential from the American Heart Association is required within 90 days of hire.
