The Registered Nurse will coordinate patient care, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans of care in a home health setting. They are also responsible for supervising staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Indiana and possess 1-2 years of nursing experience. Proficiency in OASIS documentation and knowledge of Medicare home health regulations are preferred.

This is a part-time RN role offering a flexible schedule with shifts arranged throughout the week. The position involves providing care to patients in their homes, traveling within the Frankfort, IN area. The RN will participate in an on-call rotation to support patients as needed.
