The Home Health Aide provides direct, compassionate personal care and mobility assistance to patients in their homes. They also perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and support medication management while documenting patient conditions.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Aide license in Indiana. Additionally, applicants must be licensed drivers with insured automobiles and possess strong communication skills.

This is a part-time Home Health Aide position with a flexible schedule, providing care to patients in their homes throughout the Frankfort, IN area. The role includes assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and light household tasks. We are looking for candidates with open and consistent availability to meet patient needs.
