The Certified Nurse Aide provides compassionate, high-quality care by assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. They are also responsible for monitoring and documenting vital signs and reporting any changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
Candidates must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide license in the State of Michigan and demonstrate a passion for resident-centered care. The role requires weekend availability and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene.

As a CNA, you won’t just assist with daily tasks — you’ll form meaningful relationships with residents, providing comfort, support, and dignity in all interactions. You’ll help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals, while closely observing residents’ conditions and reporting changes to the nursing team. Your attentiveness and dedication help ensure a safe, responsive, and nurturing environment for residents.
