Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients with lymphedema, neurological, and orthopedic diagnoses. Collaborate with the team across multiple outpatient clinic locations to support the OT program.
Requires successful completion of educational requirements for state licensure and current licensure in the state of practice. A Lymphedema certification and CPR certification are mandatory.
Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Fort Worth, TX Occupational Therapist Outpatient Rehabilitation Hours: Variable as Clinic Hours are as follows Monday - Friday / 7AM - 6PM PRN Rate: $60.00 per hour The Central West Region is looking for a PRN occupational therapist to help support our OT program by providing exceptional care to our patients with lymphedema, neurological and/or orthopedic diagnoses. We currently provide Occupational Therapy services in the following locations: Fort Worth Carter, Fort Worth Bryant Irvin, Arlington Cooper, and Burleson. Ideal candidate will cover at the sites listed above and be a team player with excellent communication skills. Lymphedema certification is required.
